Exchange Policy
Exchange Period
- Exchanges are allowed within a period of 7 days from the date of product receipt.
- Exchanges for customized orders due to an error while ordering from the client is not accepted.
- Please ensure that the product is returned in its original condition and unused.
Product Condition
- The product must be in its original condition, including all original tags and packaging.
- We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange if the product has been used or damaged.
Exchange Procedures

Shipping Costs and Fees

- For exchanges, the
customer will be responsible for the delivery fees and price difference. If the
price is lower, the remaining amount will be refunded along with the order.
Cancellation for Customized Products
- Once the customer places a customized order, cancellations will not be accepted as we thrive to finish and deliver the order at the soonest.
- In case an error through customized orders from our part “wrong color, name, etc..” we will bear all shipping and Order costs ensuring that the clients receive the requested order.
