Exchange Policy
Exchange Period
- Exchanges are allowed within a period of 7 days from the date of product receipt.
- Exchanges for customized orders due to an error while ordering from the client is not accepted.
- Please ensure that the product is returned in its original condition and unused.
Product Condition
- The product must be in its original condition, including all original tags and packaging.
- We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange if the product has been used or damaged.
Shipping Costs and Fees
- The customer is responsible for shipping costs and return fees unless the exchange is due to an error on our part.
- In case of an exchange due to an error or defect in the product, we will bear all shipping costs and return fees.
- For exchanges, the
customer will be responsible for the delivery fees and price difference. If the
price is lower, the remaining amount will be refunded along with the order.
Cancellation for Customized Products
- You cannot cancel, refund or change any customized order that has been sent to us.
- If the item received was faulty, had an error or was damaged, we will remake the item & resend it for free.
