Exchange Policy

Exchange Period

  • Exchanges are allowed within a period of 7 days from the date of product receipt.
  • Exchanges for customized orders due to an error while ordering from the client is not accepted.
  • Please ensure that the product is returned in its original condition and unused.

Product Condition

  • The product must be in its original condition, including all original tags and packaging.
  • We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange if the product has been used or damaged.

Shipping Costs and Fees

  • The customer is responsible for shipping costs and return fees unless the exchange is due to an error on our part.
  • In case of an exchange due to an error or defect in the product, we will bear all shipping costs and return fees.
  • For exchanges, the

Cancellation for Customized Products

  • You cannot cancel, refund or change any customized order that has been sent to us.
  • If the item received was faulty, had an error or was damaged, we will remake the item & resend it for free.
