Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are allowed within a period of 7 days from the date of product receipt.
  • Exchanges for customized orders due to an error while ordering from the client is not accepted.
  • Please ensure that the product is returned in its original condition and unused.
  • The product must be in its original condition, including all original tags and packaging.
  • We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange if the product has been used or damaged.
  • Before initiating a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team to inform them about your intention and provide information about the reason for the Exchange.
  • Instructions and details regarding the return and exchange procedures will be provided after contacting our customer service.
  • The customer is responsible for shipping costs and return fees unless the exchange is due to an error on our part.
  • In case of an exchange due to an error or defect in the product, we will bear all shipping costs and return fees.
  • For exchanges, the
    customer will be responsible for the delivery fees and price difference. If the
    price is lower, the remaining amount will be refunded along with the order.
  • Once the customer places a customized order, cancellations will not be accepted as we thrive to finish and deliver the order at the soonest.
  • In case an error through customized orders from our part “wrong color, name, etc..” we will bear all shipping and Order costs ensuring that the clients receive the requested order.
